1. Orders & Payments

All orders are placed through the Velinwear website. Prices are listed in DKK and include applicable taxes. We offer secure payment options such as major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

2. Delivery

Velinwear provides both standard and long-distance delivery.
Delivery times and any applicable fees are displayed during checkout.
Customers may select home delivery, pick-up points, or parcel lockers depending on their location.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within the stated return period, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are encouraged to contact customer support immediately. Velinwear will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

5. Delivery Fees & Refunds

If a delivery fee was charged, it may be refunded when the entire order is returned. Delivery fees are not refunded for partial returns unless legally required.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once dispatched, returns must follow our standard return procedure.
